After subscribing, confirm your email address. If a message does not appear in your inbox, follow these steps.

Confirm your subscription

Find the confirmation email and select its confirmation link or button. Your subscription is added after confirmation.

Check spam

After checking that the sender is trustworthy, mark the message as “Not spam”. Our sender address is support@mybx.io.

Add the sender to contacts

Add support@mybx.io to Google Contacts to help Gmail recognise the sender.

Check Promotions

Gmail’s Promotions tab is an inbox category, not the spam folder. You can move the email to Primary if you prefer; Gmail may adapt future categorisation.

These steps cannot guarantee delivery or placement in a specific tab. You can unsubscribe through the link retained in each subscription email.
